Dismantle
UIC provides equipment dismantling services for heavy equipment disposal or relocation of assets. We can provide you with a complete floor to ceiling dismantle of your building to prepare it for tenant improvements or get your building ready for lease or resale.
Relocation
UIC has successfully completed numerous plant relocations for both small and large facilities, including a number of 300,000+ square foot buildings. We can provide turnkey relocations, including dismantle, skidding, crating, shrink wrapping, loading onto trucks, rigging, off loading, installation, electrical connections, any needed piping, and start-up testing assistance.
Construction
UIC will handle your special project construction needs by providing you with an experienced project manager with 20-45 years experience working on plant and industrial projects. Our field personnel are highly skilled, versatile, and readily adapt to all working conditions.
Concrete
If you need concrete pads, structural concrete, slab or slab on grade, UIC can provide you with a complete concrete installation. If you need engineering, we can assist you in completing your project.
Process Piping & Plumbing
We self perform process piping of all types: pvc, copper, stainless, ductile iron, and steel materials. We use American made materials, but we will source alternate manufacturers at the owners discretion. All materials have manufacturers certificates.
